研究领域:
现代质谱仪拥有更快的扫描速度和超高的分辨率,已被广泛用于生命科学研究的多个领域。色谱质谱联用仪是当前高通量测定生物体内蛋白质组和代谢组变化的最佳分析设备,是系统生物学研究不可或缺的重要工具。
北京大学现代农业研究院质谱分析平台拥有多种质谱分析仪器,包括超高分辨率液相色谱质谱分析系统、三重四极杆气相色谱质谱分析系统等。我们依托院质谱分析平台,以农作物为主要分析样本,开发适用于现代农业基础研究的质谱分析技术,并着力构建主要农作物蛋白质组以及代谢组数据库。我们的主要研究方向包括作物蛋白质组学和代谢组学分析方法开发,农作物重要品质的质谱检测分析,关键农艺性状的多组学大队列深度分析,为现代农业发展提供分析技术支撑。
