研究工作:

         (1) 分泌肽和受体激酶调控的作物抗病信号转导

以小麦、番茄和拟南芥为研究对象,利用生物信息学、组学和生物化学等方法鉴定植物免疫调控分泌小肽及受体,分析小肽-受体调控植物抗病和感病的作用机理,在此基础上培育作物抗病新品种。

  (2) 植物天然诱抗剂和菌剂的开发与应用

筛选作物抗病诱导小肽,通过生物发酵和合成等工艺制备用于提高作物抗病的免疫诱导剂;分离和基因工程改造植物促生长内生菌,开发用于提高作物抗性的微生物菌剂。

  (3)病原菌致病因子毒性机理

以禾谷镰刀菌、西瓜嗜酸菌等植物病原微生物为研究对象,通过比较基因组学和蛋白质组学等方法鉴定病原微生物致病因子,揭示致病因子毒性机理。

研究成果:

发表论文30余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature、Nature Communications、Trends in Plant Science、PLoS Pathogens等国际著名期刊上发表论文16篇,主持国家自然科学基金等省部级以上课题6项,获得山东省高校优秀科研成果奖、山东大学研究生优秀学术成果奖、Stress Biology优秀论文奖等多项。
