研究工作与成果:

课题组聚焦作物基因组育种方向,利用高通量测序技术和生物信息分析等手段,挖掘和解析优良的基因组结构变异,并通过GS和基因编辑等生物技术进行智能设计育种。研究重点包括:(1)通过构建小麦等主要作物的T2T基因组、泛基因组和群体基因组,挖掘丰富的遗传变异,并利用生信方法进行优良性状定位,系统地解析优异单倍型演化规律;(2)开发基于机器学习和深度学习的育种分析算法和工具,搭建作物多组学育种数据库和育种导航系统;(3)通过全基因组选择和基因编辑等技术,进行快速育种选择和性状定向改良。

课题组已发表SCI论文20多篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在NaturePNASNature PlantsMolecular PlantPlant CommunicationsPlant Biotechnology JournalScience China-Life Sciences等期刊发表10余篇高质量研究论文,参与合作发表10余篇论文。以第一发明人申请并获得4项基因组学分析方法和育种算法相关发明专利。担任多个SCI期刊审稿人。
