The Institute presently comprises a diverse staff of 694 members, including 182 with Ph.D. degree and 387 with MS degree. Six research supporting platforms and 41 research groups were established. The Institute endeavors to attract high-level talents, thereby securing future scientific research output. With the support of Shandong Province and Peking University, the Institute actively promotes joint training of graduate students with relevant universities, striving to increase the jointly trained graduates at the Institute. On the basis of talent recruiting program, it is committed to talent development, propelling the advancement of their scientific research.
