Research Work and Achievements:
The Mental Health Food Lab applies the research paradigm of multidisciplinary intersection of psychology, food science, machine learning, molecular biology and metabolomics to develop mental health food based on the color, aroma, taste, shape, flavor, functional components of the food and the psychological needs, providing consumers with functional foods and dietary solutions that integrate aesthetics of life, cultural creativity, green health and emotional enhancement (anti-stress, anti-fatigue, anxiety relief, and depression improvement). Dr Dingding Su has presided over more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects including the National Natural Science Youth Fund, published more than 10 papers in SCI journals, applied for 7 national invention patents (4 have been approved), won 1 third prize of Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress and 1 second prize of Provincial Technological Invention.
